In town price is: $41.20/hr* + GST.
Outside town limits the cost is $42.60/hr + GST, and a one (1) time travel fee added. Follow up appointments based on Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly (etc) cleaning schedule.

1000 square feet: $86.50 incl. GST
1000 to 1250 square feet: $108.12 incl. GST
1251 – 1500 square feet: $129.75 incl. GST
1501 to 1750 square feet: $151.37 incl. GST
1751 – 2000 square feet: $173.00 incl. GST

2001 to 2250 square feet: $194.62 incl. GST
2251 – 2500 square feet: $205.44 incl. GST
2501 – 2750 square feet: $237.87 incl. GST
2751 – 3000 square feet: $259.50 incl. GST
3001 – 3500 square feet: $281.12 incl. GST

* Pricing per sq.ft. may vary with difficulty and/or time required to complete both vacuuming/washing vs vacuuming in same sq.ft.

Minimum time charged 2.0 hours.

A cancellation fee of 1 hr rate applies if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
