Your first appointment is $36.19 / hour* + GST. Outside town limits, there will be travelling time along with an extra $1.43/hour added.

Follow up appointments based on Weekly or bi-weekly basis. If there are animals or a large amount of things in the house that is also taken into account when adjusting price.

1000 to 1250 square feet: $95.00 incl. GST
1251 – 1500 square feet: $114.00 incl. GST
1501 to 1750 square feet: $133.00 incl. GST
1751 – 2000 square feet: $152.00 incl. GST

2001 to 2250 square feet: $171.00 incl. GST
2251 – 2500 square feet: $190.00 incl. GST
2501 – 2750 square feet: $209.00 incl. GST
2751 – 3000 square feet: $228.00 incl. GST
3001 – 3500 square feet: $247.00 incl. GST

*minimum time charged 2.0 hours.

Please note that a cancellation fee of 2 hr rate applies if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
